At Indian Web Summit – Innocode Venture, we strive to deliver valuable and engaging events. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before registering for any of our events.

1. No Refund Policy

All registrations and ticket purchases made for any Indian Web Summit event are final and non-refundable. Once payment is completed, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Personal schedule conflicts
• Travel issues
• Health issues
• Acts of God or unforeseen circumstances

2. Non-Transferable Tickets

Event tickets and registrations are non-transferable. The registered participant must be the one to attend the event. Any attempt to transfer or resell the ticket to another individual is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation of the ticket without any refund.

3. Event Changes or Cancellations by Organizer

While we make every effort to hold the event as planned, Indian Web Summit reserves the right to:

• Postpone
• Reschedule
• Relocate
• Cancel

In the rare event of such changes, we will notify all registered participants via email or phone. However, no refunds will be issued. In case of postponement, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date.

4. Responsibility

It is the responsibility of the attendee to ensure their availability and ability to attend the event on the announced dates and location. Indian Web Summit will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or other related expenses.

5. Acceptance of Policy

By purchasing a ticket or registering for our event, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
